Fruit is generally expensive here in Japan so high-priced that I can not get it on a consistent basis. But it looks like peaches are in season and I picked up four peaches for 299 yen (about .90 in US currency). That would usually be the value of 1 peach. I shopped at my nearby marketplace right now referred to as Sandi サンディー. All of this expense 1020 yen, about US dollars. If I have been to buy this at a standard Japanese super industry it would almost certainly cost aroun 3000 yen ( US dollars).
